The right to exchange/return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
● Products with technical defects are confirmed by DECKER 's technician
● Product damaged due to transportation.
● There are full accompanying documents such as: Purchase Invoice, Warranty Card, Goods Receipt.
