The following provisions apply to orders for newly manufactured goods:
- The warranty period is two years, beginning from the delivery or collection of the goods.
- The goods must be inspected for defects immediately upon delivery or collection. Any obvious defects must be reported to DECKER in writing within two working days of delivery, collection, or discovery.
- Non-obvious defects must be reported to DECKER in writing within three working days from the occurrence of the defect.
If the purchase is a mutual commercial transaction, it is agreed that the obligation to report defects is met in accordance with the Commercial Law No. 36/2005/QH11, passed by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on June 14, 2005, effective from January 1, 2006. Notification of defects is considered valid if DECKER receives written notice within two working days of receipt of the goods or discovery of the defect.
If a defect is identified or occurs during the warranty period, DECKER has the right, at its discretion, to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or subsequent delivery. If the defect persists after two attempts, the purchaser retains their statutory warranty rights.
The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:
- If operating or maintenance instructions from the manufacturer or DECKER are not followed.
- If modifications are made to the product.
- If parts are replaced or non-compliant consumables are used.
Products and accessories subject to natural wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.
Remaining stock and goods damaged during transit are considered new goods unless explicitly marked as used.
Independent warranty claims by the manufacturer or DECKER remain unaffected by the above provisions.
